Matching A Telephone Companion
The reception team matches the patient with a telephone companion from the team who is their permanent contact between the patient and the organization

Matching Patient to Caregiver
The reception team matches different caregivers and assigns them according to the needs of the patient and their family

Build a patient's personal file
Checking the needs of the patient and their family to understand which of the multitude of activities that take place in the association will be the best and most suitable for them.

Introductory Meeting
An introductory meeting is conducted with the patient reception team (Malka Godel, Rienat Levi, and Sarah Dolev) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the morning.
