The Organization's Structure

Board of Directors

The body officially responsible for the association's activities is the "Executive Committee", an elected body that elects its chairman from among its members.

The decisions of the executive committee are made by majority vote, the minutes of the executive committee meetings are open to review and criticism by the members of the general assembly, also a member of the executive committee is determined to be responsible for representing one of the professional teams and to be involved in its work.

Malka Godel

Board Member

Malka is a social worker and worked as a director of day care centers and a variety of nursing homes. She also opened services for the elderly and was the chairman of the Israeli Association for Gerontology in the Western Galilee. She volunteered for 10 years in the Nahariya hospital in the oncology department.
For the past 10 years, she has been volunteering at Mandalat Halev in the reception and home support placement team

Sarah Dolev

Founder, Board of Directors

Sara was a teacher and director of Hebrew studios for about 30 years. She facilitated parent groups in Adler and has a bachelor's degree in educational administration. Sarah practices guided imagery and NLP. For 17 years she has been helping cancer patients and their families and is one of the founders of the Mandalat Halev organization.

Rienat Levi

Chairman of the Assocation

She has an M.A. degree in social psychology. Rienat is a therapist that combines therapy with the arts and is a graduate of the phototherapy program for therapists. She specializes in the treatment of traumas, serious illnesses and sexual injuries. She works individually, leads groups, guides therapists and students, and teaches in the phototherapy program at Mosrara College. For 22 years, she has been helping those dealing with cancer and their families. She  established and founded "Mandalat Halev" .Rienat is a professional manager of the association.

Rachel Rothschild

Board Member

Rachel worked at ISA (Aeronautical Industry) for about 40 years and managed several administrative offices and was a help against them. She was a partner in many successes. For about three years she has been volunteering in the organization in the volunteer recruitment team and is now in charge of the team.

Miki Tchiprout

Board Member

Miki worked at Discount Bank for 41 years. She is certified as a graphic designer. She loves art and creation and deals with it as a hobby.
She retired 3 years ago, and since then has been volunteering at the Mandalat Halev organization in several positions:
Member of the Board of Directors, telephone attendant, office staff, responsible for the activities schedule of the Mandalat Halev House.

Gili Nevo

Board Member

Social worker, manager of the social security sector in Maccabi, Jerusalem and Shephelah district. She is an individual therapist in the fields of bereavement and loss and a woman of resilience in reserve service.
She has a professional background in the fields of bereavement, mental health, losses in life. She is active as a volunteer at Mandalat Halev.

Chagit Shavit

Board Member

Hagit served in the IDF for 27 years in professional and managerial positions.
Since her retirement, she has been involved in operations in a variety of industries.
For the past 10 years, she has been volunteering at Mandalat Halev in the resource mobilization team and is a member of the executive committee.

General Meeting

The law requires associations to establish the "General Assembly" institution. The assembly appoints all the members of the association who were admitted to it in accordance with the regulations, and must meet at least once a year.

The assembly discusses and approves the executive committee's activity reports and the association's financial reports, discusses and approves members' requests to join, and holds a vote in the election process for the executive committee, once every four years.

Audit Committee

The audit committee conducts regular audits of the organization's activities, monitors the use of funds and other resources and audits the adequacy of expenditures and the realization of goals.
The audit committee is elected by the general meeting and presents the audit reports to it, as part of the annual meeting.

Eran Weinstein

Auditor of the Assocation

Has a degree from Bar-Ilan University in economics and accounting.

For 8 years he worked at the Tax Authority as chief tax inspector in Tel Aviv and Eilat.

Has a lot of experience in tax laws, conducting valuation discussions and knowing many and varied branches of the economy.

Sigal Lasrovitch

Legal advisor of the association

Engages in accompanying families in intergenerational transfer that includes unique wills, drawing up a lasting power of attorney. My unique specialty is providing answers to families who have children with special needs in preparation for the day we will no longer be here.

 Over the years I have represented and provided services to private clients and communities for children with special needs.

Suzanna Shoshi Zuki

Attorney for the audit committee

Offers legal services in a variety of areas, including real estate transactions, lasting power of attorney as well as wills and inheritances.

Treasurers

The association's treasury includes the concentration of financial activity, annual financial reports, expenses and current income.

Tzofia Levi

Founder, Treasurer

Previously a branch manager at Maccabi Health Services, she has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. A volunteer since 2010 and one of the founders of the association, she was a member of the board of directors, served in several positions, including the reception of volunteers, IT team, and resource .mobilization team

Professional Teams

The professional teams include reception and placement, home visits, volunteers, telephone support, resource mobilization, classes, projects and events, information systems, media and public relations, logistics, support and volunteer training.
