The office staff is the heart of the Mandalat Halev House, to which all requests and references from patients and volunteers flow
:Method Of Operation
The team routes the requests to the various dedicated teams and referrals, coordinates the secretarial work, takes care of the current needs of the Mandalat Halev House and is
in connection with all of the teams.
The office is staffed Sunday-Thursday at 11:30-9:30

Patient Reception Team
:Team Roles
An introductory conversation with the patient and/or their family in a face-to-face meeting that includes:

Reviewing the patient’s personal and medical history.

Providing information on the array of services and assistance the organization provides.

Checking the needs and accuracy of their and their family's requests.

The patient reception team matches the volunteers for individual treatments in the areas of the body and the mind, and is in direct contact with relevant parties and professional teams in order to meet the needs of the contestant and their family

Home Support Team
Team Duties:
Some of the patients need volunteers to come to their homes. The purpose of that weekly meetings is support and creating a warm and friendly personal relationship, which is another layer in the web of assistance that the association offers to the contestant.
The volunteer has the ability to listen and understand and has good interpersonal communication. They also the contact person between the patient and the organization and encourages them to get involved in the various activities that take place in the center.
:Method of Operation
The home support volunteers come to the patient’s house once a week for one to two hours.
1. The volunteer recruitment team locates the people who express a desire to integrate into this position.
2. The home support team coordinator checks compatibility.
3. The reception team member and the home support coordinator match a volunteer with a potential candidate.

Telephone Support Team
:Team Roles
The team accompanies patients via telephone according to the needs of the patient.
The goals of the team member:
Accompanying and supporting and building a personal relationship with the patients.
Finding new needs and conveying those needs to the team in Mandalat Halev.
Providing information and encouraging participation in the various activities the organization offers, such as: classes, lectures, events, and physical and mental treatments.

The telephone support team interviews, collects, equips, guides, and accompanies the telephone support volunteers in their work.

Events Team

Initiates and produces events for all members of the Mandalat Halev community
:Method of Operation
The goal of the team: to hold events throughout the year for the patients, volunteers, and the whole community.
The events team is helped by the organization’s volunteers. Additionally, extra assistance is provided by recruiting external volunteers for specific event needs.
This can be for events such as: training trips for volunteers, beauty and pampering evenings, lectures, holiday celebrations, and more.

Organizing and establishing a wide-range of activities

Establishing contact with instructors, operators, and lecturers for the variety of activities such as: classes, lectures, one-time workshops and more.
The team plans, builds, and operates an annual activity plan.

Receiving volunteers in a systematic and orderly process
Cultivating relationships with the volunteers who are the driving force of the organization
:Method of Operation
The team searches for volunteers across a variety of fields, according to the needs of the patients.
The team conducts an intake process which includes an introductory interview and registration to the system.
The team monitors the placement of the volunteer with the patients.
The team establishes contact with the volunteer to verify their satisfaction and if they want to receive new patients to assist.
The team initiates professional and/or social activities to retain volunteers.

The team is responsible for establishing contact with donors, producing advertising campaigns (campaigns) to raise resources, advertising on social media, as well as establishing contact with organizations and companies for donations to the organization and retaining donors.

Fundraising is carried out through several channels and diverse methods, both through professional organizations and on our own while cooperating with the additional teams to identify the needs.

Method of Operation
Building an annual training program of 10 sessions of once a month, for 4 hours of academic study. Search and coordination with relevant lecturers. Publication of the course and registration of participants. Coordinating a place for training. Contact and coordination with course participants and lecturers. Receiving feedback at the end of each session.
